About the Role
You will partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies and run searches from kickoff through close. You will source, assess, and close candidates, guide candidates through the hiring experience, build relationships, and improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting with minimal oversight
- Experience closing candidates against competing offers
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
Responsibilities
