About the Role
You will partner with founders and executives to define roles, recruit talent, and create hiring playbooks. You will manage recruitment KPIs, use data to inform hiring decisions, source passive candidates, and deliver people and talent programs. As the business grows, you will help hire and scale the recruiting function.
Requirements
- Proven experience building Operations, Growth, Compliance, or Product hiring efforts for a hyper-growth technology startup
- Experience hiring across Europe and Latin America
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive-candidate outreach
- Strong stakeholder and candidate relationship-building skills
- Ability to assess cultural fit and provide a strong candidate experience
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and due diligence
- Ability to use LinkedIn and team networks for sourcing
- Ability to work as part of a team and close candidates
