About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruiting and selection processes across multiple countries. You will develop sourcing and hunting strategies, document every hiring stage in Workday, partner with HR business partners and hiring managers, meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs, and improve recruiting processes, tools, and special projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Advanced or upper-intermediate English.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruiting and selection processes for multiple countries.
- Develop sourcing and hunting strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Administer and document all process stages in Workday.
- Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Meet departmental KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and special projects.
