About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for early-career candidates from sourcing through closing. You will support workforce planning, hiring strategy, and candidate evaluation. You will develop university recruiting programs, build external and internal partnerships, and plan campus events such as technical talks, coding competitions, hackathons, interviews, and VIP events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for university, campus, intern, or early-career hiring
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting workstreams and candidates
- Willingness to travel up to 25% during fall and spring recruiting seasons
Responsibilities
