About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market functions, from sourcing strategy and pipeline development through interviews and closing candidates. You will partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, use market and recruiting data to guide decisions, assess candidates, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience supporting go-to-market or corporate functions in a high-growth environment
- Ability to independently manage complex searches across competing priorities
- Experience advising hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy and hiring decisions
- Experience sourcing and building talent pipelines
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market insights
- Communication and relationship-building skills
