About the Role

You will partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans. You will run full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, maintain structured and fair interview processes, improve funnel health, guide offer strategy, and support employer-brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in deep-tech environments
• Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for high-bar roles
• Ability to translate business needs into hiring plans, profiles, and processes
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience hiring across Machine Learning and Research
• Structured interviewing, competency rubric, and recruiting analytics expertise
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans
• Run full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer close
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, talent communities, events, referrals, and job posts
• Maintain structured and fair hiring processes with competencies and calibrated rubrics
• Track and improve recruiting funnel health and report progress
• Drive offer strategy and negotiations
• Nurture long-term talent networks for critical and future roles
• Support employer-brand events, content, and communities
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on hiring best practices
