About the Role
You will own end-to-end program management for security initiatives, including penetration-testing cycles, vulnerability remediation, incident-response readiness, and product-launch security reviews. You will build and maintain risk registers, dashboards, escalation paths, and retrospective processes. You will coordinate third-party assessments and audits with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance; drive IT programs covering device management, SaaS tooling, identity and access management, and endpoint security; facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain backlogs; and translate security engineering work into clear organization-wide visibility. You will identify and remove blockers, escalating with context and proposed solutions when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- At least 2 years owning security or infrastructure programs
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in ambiguous environments
- Technical fluency with SOC 2, CIS v8, NIST CSF, and vulnerability management lifecycles
- Experience building program management infrastructure from scratch
- Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting risk trade-offs to executives
- Experience at crypto, fintech, or high-security-bar startups
- Familiarity with Vanta, Drata, Jira, or Linear
- Background in software engineering or security engineering
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification

- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain healthy backlogs for security and IT teams
- Track delivery of internal security tooling and detection pipelines and provide organization-wide visibility
- Identify and remove blockers and escalate with context and proposed solutions
