About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of concurrent AI-focused projects, from kickoff through post-launch. You will improve and standardize delivery processes, reporting, and risk management; facilitate and adapt Scrum rituals; mentor colleagues on Agile delivery practices; and connect engineering work with client goals. Travel is required as necessary, with an expected level of 20%.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of technical delivery or project management experience in AI or SaaS
- Experience building or refining delivery processes in a scaling startup
- Deep technical literacy
- Ability to coach others on delivery best practices
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical discussions
- Ability to work with evolving processes and priorities
- Ability to incrementally improve imperfect systems
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects from kickoff to post-launch
- Define and grow internal delivery processes and standards
- Audit existing processes and propose scalable improvements
- Standardize progress reporting and risk management
- Facilitate and adapt Scrum rituals for the startup environment
- Mentor the team on Agile practices
- Bridge engineering work and client goals
- Travel as necessary, with 20% expected
