About the Role

You will coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams, keep milestones on track, and escalate risks early. You will engage stakeholders and product managers to refine requirements, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions. You will maintain status reports, RAID logs, decision registers, and leadership communications; facilitate working sessions and steering committees; map processes and define future workflows; track dependencies and priorities; and help develop scalable project-management frameworks and governance practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a COO office or business-management function within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, fill requirements gaps, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Business acumen and understanding of finance, operations, or trading workflows.
  • Written and verbal communication skills for engaging, influencing, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive project delivery across workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are escalated early.
  • Refine business requirements with stakeholders and product managers, identify gaps, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports, RAID logs, decision registers, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, and steering committees with cross-functional teams.
  • Map current-state processes, define future workflows, and translate business needs into specifications for technology teams.
  • Track dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities across concurrent initiatives.
  • Develop scalable project-management frameworks, templates, and governance practices.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
