About the Role

Own end-to-end delivery for lender-facing product initiatives, from requirements collection through product detailing, development, QA, and UAT. Manage client communications, coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders, maintain delivery visibility, identify risks, and improve delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in program management, project management, delivery management, or a similar role
  • Experience managing end-to-end product or software delivery timelines
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to work with client-facing and internal teams
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and changing priorities typical of a startup

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery timelines for lender-facing product initiatives
  • Drive projects from requirements collection through product detailing, development, QA, and UAT
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery trackers
  • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for US-based lender clients
  • Run client check-ins, status updates, and milestone reviews
  • Translate client needs into requirements and next steps for internal teams
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams
  • Facilitate requirement discussions, planning sessions, and UAT coordination
  • Establish delivery processes, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain delivery-status visibility for leadership and stakeholders
  • Improve program planning, tracking, and delivery processes
