About the Role
You will lead delivery and aircraft integration programs for Hivemind autonomy software. You will define objectives, manage plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources, coordinate integration and flight-test readiness, align stakeholders, remove blockers, report program status, and support customer growth activities.
Requirements
- 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree
- Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production and operational deployment
- Experience in military aviation
- Technical understanding of software-enabled systems, autonomy, aerospace systems, or complex integrated products
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and technical performance
- Experience with PMRs, gate reviews, and estimates
- Customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of Hivemind Enterprise software to Armed Services and OEM customers
- Manage integration of Hivemind autonomy software onto aircraft platforms
- Align software development with hardware integration, manufacturing, lab availability, and flight-test schedules
- Define program objectives with product, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources
- Manage customer priorities, technical risks, cost constraints, and schedules
- Coordinate lab, ground-test, and flight-test integration activities
- Conduct critical-path analyses and support gate reviews, PMRs, and EACs
- Track and report program financials, resources, schedules, integration status, and deliverables
- Support proposals, RFIs, RFPs, technical evaluations, and customer engagements
