About the Role

You will lead integrated hardware-system programs from requirements through validation, qualification, and production ramp. You will coordinate manufacturers, vendors, silicon, firmware, infrastructure, supply chain, and datacenter work; establish NPI practices; manage risks; and communicate program readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hardware systems or NPI program-management experience
• Experience with compute, networking, storage, or accelerator platforms
• Direct ownership of a platform from concept through volume production
• Technical fluency in power delivery, thermal, mechanical, high-speed interconnect, board design, and system management
• Experience managing ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component vendors
• Experience with SOW negotiation, build tracking, quality escapes, and escalation
• Experience establishing program mechanisms for an early-stage hardware effort
• Strong written communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated hardware systems program plan from requirements through production ramp
• Manage schedule, risk, readiness, and cross-functional interfaces
• Drive execution with ODMs, contract manufacturers, and component vendors
• Run NPI cadence, engineering reviews, issue triage, and exit criteria
• Drive platform bring-up, validation, test coverage, reliability, and telemetry targets
• Coordinate silicon, datacenter, infrastructure software, and supply-chain dependencies
• Run partner and technology evaluations and support build-buy-co-design recommendations
• Communicate program status to architects and executives
• Develop AI-assisted hardware program-management approaches
