About the Role
You will establish the planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash systems. You will drive cross-team programs from scope through delivery, manage dependencies across CPQ, contract data, provisioning, billing, and integrations, and lead SOX readiness through control design, gap closure, evidence collection, and audit coordination.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments
- Technical knowledge of enterprise systems integration
- Knowledge of CPQ, ERP, billing, provisioning, and related data flows
- Experience with compliance or audit-readiness programs
- Knowledge of control design and evidence collection
Responsibilities
- Run cross-team quote-to-cash planning and operating cadence
- Maintain a shared roadmap, ownership model, dependencies, priorities, and status
- Drive cross-team programs from scoping through delivery
- Lead SOX readiness, control design, evidence collection, and internal-audit coordination
- Manage dependencies across CPQ, contract data, provisioning, billing, and integrations
