About the Role

You will lead complex security and infrastructure programs from definition through delivery. You will plan work, manage dependencies and risks, establish measurable outcomes, and align stakeholders. You will help turn ambiguous security, risk, and compliance challenges into prioritized workstreams and clear execution plans.

Requirements

• Experience running security-focused technical programs in fast-growing SaaS or platform environments
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, IAM, infrastructure as code, observability, secure CI/CD, and incident response
• Ability to execute through ambiguity and prioritize effectively
• Clear, concise communication with senior technical and business leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional security and infrastructure programs end-to-end
• Plan work sequences, manage dependencies, track risks, and deliver program milestones
• Partner with security and engineering leadership to define security priorities and execution plans
• Establish security foundations including identity boundaries, access controls, logging, detection, incident readiness, and secure defaults
• Translate ambiguous security, risk, and compliance challenges into structured and measurable programs
• Communicate program health, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to leadership
• Drive cross-functional alignment and surface issues early
