About the Role
You will establish and execute program-management processes for new hardware devices and systems. You will manage schedules, deliverables, project tracking, vendor communication, and coordination with supply-chain and product organizations. You will facilitate engineering updates and make day-to-day decisions that keep the hardware design pipeline moving.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical design, industrial perception or compute hardware, AGV or AMR, or CAD
- Experience managing complex software or hardware implementations within schedule and budget
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and third parties
- Knowledge of automation, material handling, logistics, and distribution technologies
- Knowledge of the hardware design lifecycle, reliability engineering, EVT, DVT, PVT, supply-chain quality, and BOM management
- Knowledge of project-management tools, processes, and procedures
- Technical understanding of hardware and software design, development, and integration
- Ability to communicate across organizational levels
- Ability to work in office, warehouse, distribution-center, and loading-dock environments
- Ability to travel up to 10%
