About the Role
You will own the Remote Assistance architecture and technical roadmap across onboard integration, offboard services, and operator tooling. You will define vehicle-to-operator interfaces, lead delivery across technical partners, establish quality standards for safety-critical operation, and shape Remote Assistance contributions to the L4 safety case.

Responsibilities
- Own the Remote Assistance architecture and technical roadmap
- Define and drive the vehicle-to-operator contract
- Lead cross-team execution across autonomy, safety, platform, infrastructure, and product partners
- Establish system-level quality bars for safety-critical Remote Assistance operation
- Act as the technical interface to engineering leadership and safety stakeholders
- Shape Remote Assistance contributions to the L4 safety case
