About the Role
You will lead, mentor, and develop electrical engineers while managing priorities and workloads. You will contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout, review designs, drive power electronics and embedded-computing development, coordinate subsystem integration, and resolve manufacturing issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of electrical engineering experience, including direct management of electrical engineers
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout
- Technical depth in power electronics, motor drivers, embedded computing, and networking
- Experience leading engineering in a matrix organization
- Experience mentoring and developing junior electrical engineers
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop electrical engineers
- Manage team workload and priorities
- Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout
- Review and approve electrical designs
- Drive development of power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking subsystems
- Coordinate electrical integration with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering
