About the Role

You will own end-to-end engineering delivery for the industrial product, from design and pilots through field iteration and scale. You will prioritize matrixed engineers, maintain the delivery roadmap, partner on manufacturing readiness, and build a predictable production-software release engine.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Track record shipping multidisciplinary hardware, software, and AI products at scale
• Software engineering background
• Hardware and AI fluency
• Industrial-market knowledge across logistics, manufacturing, and automotive
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization
• Experience taking products from zero to one
• Technical credibility across hardware, software, and modern AI
• Experience with distributed teams
• Experience moving products from prototype to production

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across hardware, software, AI, system integration, and test
• Direct prioritization for engineers allocated to the industrial product
• Partner with functional leaders on shared platform work and operations on manufacturing readiness
• Maintain the industrial engineering delivery roadmap for leadership, commercial stakeholders, product, and customers
• Build a delivery engine for fast, predictable production-software releases
• Scale delivery beyond the first industrial product line
