About the Role
You will lead implementation engineers supporting strategic customers through solution design, integration, and go-live. You will guide complex technical projects, provide escalation support, develop the team, lead process improvements and change initiatives, and advance global organizational objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and managing teams of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers
- Experience coaching, setting goals and objectives, and training teams
- Experience with integration projects in a large global company
- Experience in professional services, finance, retail, or technology
- Track record of driving global process change
- Experience setting up operational tools and procedures
- Understanding of global organizations
- Understanding of global commerce and regional client dependencies
