About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source and assess candidates, maintain ATS pipelines, and partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions. You will support workforce planning, onboarding, contracts, compliance, recruitment reporting, employer-brand activity, and talent projects. You will use candidate and market insights to improve processes, tools, and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience hiring Sales and Commercial roles in the United Kingdom
- Sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS tools, preferably Ashby
- Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage talent through direct sourcing, networking, and outreach
- Screen, assess, and present candidates
- Maintain candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in Ashby
- Partner with hiring managers on process flow, feedback, and decisions
- Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning
- Collaborate on onboarding, contracts, and compliance
- Share market intelligence and candidate feedback
- Deliver an inclusive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and develop data insights
- Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement
- Contribute to talent, employer-brand, and People Team projects
