About the Role

You will design, implement, and operate performance-management programs and review cycles. You will lead performance and promotion cycles, facilitate calibration sessions, develop career and mobility frameworks, deliver manager training, analyze talent outcomes, and improve talent programs.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a related People function.
  • Experience designing and operating company-wide performance-management programs.
  • Experience leading calibration processes and facilitating talent discussions with senior leaders.
  • Understanding of performance frameworks, promotion processes, and career architecture.
  • Experience partnering with compensation teams on ratings, promotions, rewards, and talent outcomes.
  • Analytical ability to interpret talent data and organizational trends.
  • Stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience developing manager enablement and training programs.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and operate performance-management programs and review cycles.
  • Develop performance frameworks, rating methodologies, and evaluation processes.
  • Lead performance cycles from planning through reporting.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with managers and leadership.
  • Design and execute promotion cycles.
  • Develop career progression, leveling, and role-architecture frameworks.
  • Build internal mobility and career-development programs.
  • Deliver manager training on performance management, feedback, promotions, and career development.
  • Analyze talent outcomes and develop leadership reporting.
  • Continuously improve talent programs.
