About the Role
You will design total compensation policies, salary bands, equity guidelines, bonus structures, and benefits programs. You will build job architecture, lead compensation reviews, administer equity, manage benefits and compliance, support competitive offers, and communicate total compensation clearly.
Requirements
- 6+ years of compensation, benefits, or total rewards experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- Experience building or rebuilding compensation structures, job architecture, and leveling frameworks
- Expertise in equity compensation, including option plans, RSUs, and refresh cycles
- Experience designing and administering benefits programs
- Experience using market data and building compensation models
- Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and compensation cost modeling
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance
Responsibilities
- Design total compensation philosophy, salary bands, equity guidelines, bonus structures, and benefits programs
- Build and maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks
- Lead annual and mid-year compensation review cycles
- Administer equity grant and refresh processes
- Manage benefits programs, open enrollment, broker relationships, and plan design
- Maintain compensation and benefits compliance
- Partner with Recruiting on competitive offers
- Develop employee communications about total compensation
