About the Role
You will translate compensation philosophy into practical pay frameworks, maintain job architecture and salary bands, conduct market benchmarking, and manage compensation systems and data. You will run compensation reviews, guide HRBPs and managers on pay decisions, shape benefits strategy, and partner with Finance on equity compensation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Equity compensation experience with options, RSUs, or similar
- Compensation modeling and market data analysis
- Experience partnering with HRBPs, Finance, and People Ops
- Compensation system and survey data source familiarity
- Workday, Radford, Pave, or Carta Total Comp familiarity
Responsibilities
- Translate compensation philosophy into pay guardrails, bands, and decision frameworks
- Maintain job architecture and salary bands
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking
- Maintain compensation data and administer compensation systems
- Analyze pay equity, competitiveness, and spending trends
- Design and run the compensation review cycle
- Develop manager tools and guidance for pay decisions
- Set benefits program strategy across geographies
- Partner with Finance on equity compensation design and modeling
- Advise HRBPs and leaders on pay decisions, offer approvals, and job evaluations
