About the Role

You will own and evolve broad-based compensation programs covering offers, promotions, compensation cycles, market pricing, and salary structures. You will lead global work involving pay equity, job architecture, workforce planning, and program design. You will build models, dashboards, and analyses; manage benchmarking and market-pricing activities; review complex offers and escalations; and provide clear recommendations to business leaders. You will also support the migration to Pave, improve compensation data infrastructure, create accessible compensation resources, and use automation and AI to make analysis, reporting, and communication more scalable.

Requirements

  • Have at least 7 years of broad-based compensation experience in a fast-paced global organization, or at least 10 years for senior-level consideration
  • Demonstrate experience owning compensation programs across offers, promotions, compensation cycles, market pricing, and salary structures
  • Possess strong compensation benchmarking and market-pricing expertise, including experience with major compensation surveys and datasets
  • Demonstrate advanced Google Sheets or Excel modeling and analytical skills
  • Exercise strong judgment when turning complex compensation questions into clear options and recommendations
  • Have experience advising People Partners and senior business leaders on compensation decisions
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Operate effectively amid ambiguity and build scalable processes in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Work cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and HRIS or People Tech
  • Use data, automation, and AI to improve compensation work
  • Preferably have experience with Pave, Workday, SQL, BigQuery, Radford, Mercer, or similar benchmarking platforms
  • Preferably have experience in high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, or AI environments
  • Preferably have exposure to equity or long-term incentive programs, pay transparency, or job architecture
  • Try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve broad-based compensation programs covering offers, promotions, compensation cycles, market pricing, and salary structures
  • Lead global pay equity, job architecture, workforce planning, and compensation program design initiatives
  • Build compensation models, dashboards, and analyses to inform business and People decisions
  • Lead compensation benchmarking, survey participation, job matching, market pricing, and pay competitiveness analysis
  • Review complex offers and compensation escalations across levels, functions, and global markets
  • Provide clear recommendations on compensation offers and escalations
  • Partner with People Tech on the migration to Pave and the development of compensation data infrastructure
  • Design accessible compensation views and resources for managers, team members, and People Partners
  • Advise People Partners and business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and individual decisions
  • Translate complex compensation data and trade-offs into concise executive-ready recommendations
  • Use AI and modern tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, and communication
