About the Role
You will lead instructional design and learning strategy by creating curricula, leadership programs, and scalable learning experiences across multiple formats. You will facilitate workshops and leadership sessions, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop an AI learning and adoption strategy for employees.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in instructional design, learning and development, or a closely related field
- Experience building structured curricula from the ground up
- Strong facilitation skills
- Proficiency with at least one e-learning authoring tool and one LMS or LXP
- Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to distil complex topics into accessible content
- Stakeholder collaboration and curriculum design skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions
