About the Role

Build the hiring and people engine for a small, high-performing Foundation team. Establish recruiting processes, onboarding, EOR and vendor coordination, benefits, compensation processes, and core people policies while supporting early organizational scale-up.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People, HR, Talent, or People Operations in high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, or startup environments.
  • Experience building hiring processes and onboarding systems from a lean, early-stage operating base.
  • Experience supporting senior, technical, finance, security, legal/operations, business development, and marketing searches.
  • Experience with global EOR and contractor models, benefits, payroll coordination, and cross-border personnel issues.
  • Strong understanding of compensation bands, offer construction, and closing high-quality candidates.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive personnel, compensation, and performance matters.
  • Strong operational discipline, candidate judgment, responsiveness, autonomy, written communication, and judgment in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience using AI, automation, and tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting operations, including job descriptions, candidate pipelines, scheduling, feedback loops, and references.
  • Support functional hiring leads while ensuring quality, speed, and consistent decision-making.
  • Coordinate EOR, benefits, onboarding, contractor documentation, and personnel files.
  • Build a simple candidate experience.
  • Support compensation bands, offer mechanics, approvals, and negotiation materials.
  • Create lightweight people policies covering expenses, travel inputs, onboarding, confidentiality, conflicts, access, offboarding, and performance basics.
  • Maintain HR data confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive compensation and personnel information.
  • Use AI, automation, and better tools to increase quality, pace, and leverage.
