About the Role
You will define and scale global early-career recruiting strategy across internships, new-graduate hiring, and emerging-talent pipelines. You will lead recruiters, advise senior leaders, improve programs and metrics, introduce AI workflows, and build university and talent-community partnerships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting leadership experience focused on early-career hiring
- University recruiting and internship-program experience
- Experience building and scaling early-career teams and programs
- Talent-strategy execution experience
- Data-driven decision-making experience
- Executive-level advisory experience
- AI tool fluency
- Knowledge of early-career compensation trends and talent markets
Responsibilities
- Define and own global early-career recruiting strategy
- Manage and develop early-career recruiters
- Advise business leaders on early-career talent strategy and market intelligence
- Lead adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation
- Improve internship, conversion, offer, and intern-to-FTE programs
- Establish and use early-career recruiting metrics
- Partner on employer value proposition and ambassador programs
