About the Role

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Corporate and GTM roles across EMEA. You will partner with leaders on hiring plans, source and close candidates, advise on market conditions, improve recruiting operations with data, and standardize interview practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
• Experience hiring for Corporate functions and Sales or GTM roles
• Experience hiring across the GTM stack and Corporate functions
• Sourcing expertise in EMEA talent markets
• Experience with cross-border and multi-language hiring
• Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
• Familiarity with the AI and machine learning landscape

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and GTM leaders to define hiring needs and role specifications
• Own full-cycle recruitment across Corporate and GTM functions
• Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, compensation positioning, and talent markets
• Source passive and active candidates across EMEA
• Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers
• Drive recruiting pipelines and close candidates
• Guide candidates through the hiring process
• Develop recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
• Analyze pipeline data and propose solutions
• Build market maps, competitive intelligence, and talent pools
• Standardize interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices
• Contribute to EMEA talent acquisition strategy and employer-brand initiatives
