About the Role
You will own and execute the employer brand strategy and bring it to life across the careers site and social channels. You will partner with internal teams and Marketing to capture authentic stories and content. You will run end-to-end recruitment: source active and passive candidates, work with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and hiring strategies, manage interview processes, deliver an excellent candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, and advise leadership on talent market dynamics. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives as the company scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruitment with hands-on employer branding or talent marketing experience
- Deeply immersed in the crypto space
- Experience managing careers sites and creating social content or employer branding campaigns
- Skilled at full-cycle recruiting across functions and seniority levels
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different channels
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership
