About the Role

You will drive full-cycle recruitment across the EMEA region, owning the end-to-end hiring lifecycle. You will proactively source and build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role scope, deliver high-quality candidate shortlists, and manage the candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. You will guide hiring managers on structured interviewing and objective evaluation, monitor and report on recruiting metrics, and identify process improvements to increase consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth international technology environments
  • Experience hiring in regulated industries such as software development, financial services, crypto, or fintech
  • Experience supporting high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Demonstrated success hiring complex technical profiles including engineering, infrastructure, and security across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Strong proactive sourcing and pipeline building skills
  • Experience managing cross-border hiring complexities within EMEA
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with understanding of hiring velocity, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire metrics
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a distributed, remote-first organization
  • Fluency in English required; additional professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or another EMEA language strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS and recruitment automation tools (nice to have)

  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists balancing speed and rigor
  • Manage candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Guide hiring managers on structured interviewing and objective evaluation practices
  • Own recruiting performance metrics and use data to refine approach
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent community visibility
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle
