About the Role
You will manage high-volume recruitment for the Support team, handling sourcing, screening and interviewing. You will coordinate recruitment days and medical evaluations, build and maintain talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will organise interview schedules, post roles, provide candidate feedback, and work with People Ops, IT, Payroll and Office Managers to onboard and integrate new hires.
Requirements
- Degree preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Full proficiency in French and English written and spoken
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible and willing to try new things
- Strong pace and organisational skills
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Support hiring processes including sourcing screening and interviewing
- Coordinate recruitment events recruitment days and medical evaluations
- Source and build talent pools and candidate pipelines
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and provide timely feedback
- Organise interview schedules and recruitment day logistics
- Post job adverts and handle interview scheduling
- Collaborate with People Ops IT Payroll and Office Managers to onboard new employees
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires
