About the Role

You will manage high-volume recruitment for the Support team, handling sourcing, screening and interviewing. You will coordinate recruitment days and medical evaluations, build and maintain talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will organise interview schedules, post roles, provide candidate feedback, and work with People Ops, IT, Payroll and Office Managers to onboard and integrate new hires.

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Full proficiency in French and English written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and willing to try new things
  • Strong pace and organisational skills
  • Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Support hiring processes including sourcing screening and interviewing
  • Coordinate recruitment events recruitment days and medical evaluations
  • Source and build talent pools and candidate pipelines
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience and provide timely feedback
  • Organise interview schedules and recruitment day logistics
  • Post job adverts and handle interview scheduling
  • Collaborate with People Ops IT Payroll and Office Managers to onboard new employees
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires
