About the Role
You will own research and pipeline building for roles across the company. You will identify where talent lives, build targeted candidate lists, write personalized outreach, and manage early-stage candidate conversations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track sourcing metrics, and improve sourcing processes and tools as hiring scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical sourcing or talent research
- Experience sourcing for engineering, product, design, data and business functions
- Strong research skills including market mapping and company analysis
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles
- Excellent writing for personalized candidate outreach
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
- Proactive and strategic work approach
- Experience sourcing for crypto or fintech (nice to have)
- Experience conducting executive or senior stakeholder searches (nice to have)
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics (nice to have)
- Experience building repeatable sourcing processes (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across the company
- Conduct deep research to locate talent for current and future roles
- Build high-quality targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Prepare curated candidate lists and conduct outreach
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles
- Develop sourcing strategies including search strings, Boolean search, and talent mapping
- Write personalized outreach and manage early-stage candidate conversations
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
- Improve sourcing processes and tools to support scaling
