About the Role
You will own and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding. You will manage People Operations administration by maintaining accurate employee records, processing hires and changes, and handling employment verifications. You will maintain People documentation, identify and implement process and infrastructure improvements, support engagement and culture initiatives and events, and oversee day-to-day Seattle office operations including vendor management and basic IT coordination.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, business operations, or a similar role
- Experience across onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Comfort working in HRIS and People tools and proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated discretion handling sensitive information
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to independently manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding
- Manage performance management processes and support managers in review cycles, documentation, feedback workflows, and development conversations
- Manage core People Operations processes including maintaining accurate employee records, processing new hires and changes, and handling employment verifications
- Maintain People documentation and Notion Hub and identify opportunities to improve People processes, workflows, and systems
- Support engagement, culture initiatives, and company events
- Oversee Seattle office operations including vendor management, office supplies, and basic IT coordination
