About the Role
You will own the logistics of the hiring process, keeping interviews running smoothly from scheduling through outcome. You will coordinate complex calendars across time zones, communicate clearly with candidates and interviewers, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and keep the applicant tracking system up to date. You will identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements, and support other talent projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruiting coordination or a similar role
- Experience scheduling high volumes of interviews and managing candidate communication at scale
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping tasks
- Experience with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Proactive problem identification and resolution
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams
- Coordinate complex calendars with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters across time zones
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates from first interview to offer or rejection
- Send confirmations, updates, and follow-ups to keep people informed
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (Ashby) and keep it up to date
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Support additional talent projects as needed
