Agent Operations Territory Lead

About the Role

You will manage product rollouts and supervise agents across your territory. You will recruit and train agents through a team of agent openers, ensure agent quality and legal compliance, monitor cash and float availability, collaborate with marketing and liquidity teams, perform routine field visits to assess performance and risk, close and recover assets from underperforming agents, and act as the primary contact for agency networks while championing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and a good command of the local language
  • At least 2 years relevant experience managing an agent network in Burkina Faso, including minimum 1 year managing field-based teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage agent recruitment by leading a team of agent openers
  • Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements
  • Train agents on applications, contract contents, rebalancing options, and fraud management
  • Collaborate with BTL to ensure a well-branded and equipped agent network
  • Collaborate with agent liquidity team to monitor cash and float availability
  • Manage risk through routine visits and performance assessments
  • Identify and close underperforming agents and recover company items and equipment
  • Serve as primary contact for agency networks acquiring company products
  • Champion excellent customer service among distributors and agents
