About the Role
You will support transfer agent operations by managing trade lifecycles including placement confirmation and settlement. You will perform daily trade and cash reconciliations across off-chain and on-chain environments and investigate and resolve discrepancies. You will maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation and verify sources of funds while processing ACH and wire movements. You will collaborate with Investor Support and Sales and contribute to creating and updating standard operating procedures to improve processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services back-office operations banking or related administrative roles
- Foundational understanding of cash operations including Wires and ACH and interest in blockchain tokenized asset settlement
- Proficiency with Google Workspace especially Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- High accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Adaptability to learn new tools and pivot quickly in a fast paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics Business or related field preferred
