Business Operations Lead

About the Role

You will own the company's operating rhythm: design and run quarterly and annual planning (OKRs, headcount, budget), build internal dashboards and reports, and coordinate timelines and handoffs across Engineering, Marketing, and Markets. You will lead high-impact strategic projects, oversee office management, and create repeatable playbooks for cross-functional launches. You will focus on execution at scale while reducing leadership operational load.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles
  • Experience running planning cycles and OKR processes
  • Exceptional written communication and one‑pager creation
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure problems independently
  • Experience using modern tools such as Notion, Linear, Ashby, and spreadsheets
  • Prediction markets, crypto, or fintech experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Design and run quarterly and annual planning cycles (OKRs, headcount, budget)
  • Build internal dashboards and reports to provide leadership visibility
  • Partner with Data and Finance to create a single source of truth
  • Coordinate cross-functional timelines, dependencies, and handoffs
  • Lead strategic projects such as M&A integration, vendor evaluations, and org design
  • Drive process improvements and create repeatable launch playbooks
  • Oversee office management and ensure smooth physical operations
