About the Role

You will oversee operations during rapid growth, solving field-level bottlenecks and ensuring smooth execution of agent network activities. You will manage core operational functions including agent operations, liquidity, cash security, quality, and training. You will design and implement growth initiatives to improve agent network quality and accelerate user acquisition. You will hire, coach, and grow a high-performing local team, translate company objectives into operational strategies for Burkina Faso, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and travel to field locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • French proficiency
  • At least eight years of experience managing large field teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of the Burkina Faso market

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations
  • Solve growth bottlenecks using first principles
  • Manage agent operations, liquidity, cash security, quality, and training teams
  • Drive strategic projects to improve agent network quality and user growth
  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing local team
  • Translate company objectives into operational strategies for Burkina Faso
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Growth, People, and Ops
  • Share operational insights from Burkina to inform broader strategy
  • Travel to field locations as needed
