About the Role

You will support day-to-day operations of a coworking and business centre, handling administrative tasks, member onboarding and offboarding, and facility assistance. You will manage mail and supplies, maintain CRM and internal records, respond to member inquiries by email, phone and in person, and assist with event setup and logistics. You will use spreadsheets and digital administrative tools and provide a hospitality-oriented front-facing service to members and visitors.

Requirements

  • Student, recent graduate, early-career professional, or returning to the workforce after a career break
  • Interest in operations, administration, hospitality, or customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Client-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable with administrative tools, spreadsheets, and digital systems
  • English professional proficiency
  • German good working knowledge
  • Valid driving licence is an advantage
  • Valid work permit

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational tasks across the premises
  • Assist with member and client onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, access badges, and system updates
  • Manage postal services including mail reception, sorting, notification, and distribution
  • Maintain internal records, CRM data, and administrative files
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and organization
  • Serve as front-facing contact for members, visitors, and service providers
  • Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with hospitality standards
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Support relationship management activities with existing clients
  • Handle client requests and internal follow-ups
  • Provide operational assistance to events including setup, logistics, and guest support
