About the Role

You'll oversee and coordinate general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. You will supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff; implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures; coordinate domestic and international travel; manage the office budget; ensure health and safety policies are current; procure and maintain supplies, equipment, and furniture; draft contracts, create playbooks and reports; organize maintenance and ensure appliances are operational; and report progress to senior management while improving office procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management or a similar role
  • Degree or professional training in Administration or logistics
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with experience managing complex office environments
  • Experience managing external vendors and negotiating costs
  • Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire
