About the Role

You will own the day-to-day experience of the NYC office and ensure in-office logistics run smoothly. You will coordinate vendors and maintenance, manage supplies and amenities, support employee visits and interview logistics, run recurring in-office experiences, assist with outbound shipments, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional partners to prepare spaces and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, employee experience, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable working on-site and handling in-person logistics daily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with internal teams and external vendors
  • Based in New York City and able to work from the office five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors
  • Coordinate ad hoc office repairs and facilities needs
  • Manage office supply, kitchen, and amenities ordering
  • Support general workplace logistics to maintain a comfortable office environment
  • Coordinate in-office employee visits including desk assignments and access setup
  • Maintain office and workplace operations calendars and documentation
  • Manage culture and appreciation moments including gifts and small team experiences
  • Coordinate recurring in-office experiences such as monthly team lunches
  • Assist with occasional outbound shipments and in-office logistics
  • Support logistics for on-site interviews and welcome candidates
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure conference room and in-office technology readiness
  • Partner with operations and leadership to improve employee experience
  • Support ecosystem team with logistics for in-office events
