About the Role
You will review proposals flagged by monitoring systems using internal tooling, decide whether proposals are correct or should be escalated to the dispute resolution system, and act promptly to meet response-time SLAs. You will apply independent judgment across objective and subjective markets, document clear rationales for approvals, disputes, and escalations, and flag patterns or rule ambiguities to improve monitoring and human review processes. You will work structured coverage shifts remotely, follow KYC requirements, and coordinate with other staff via Slack.
Requirements
- 1+ years of active involvement with prediction markets
- Ability to interpret objective and subjective market rules under ambiguity
- Strong analytical judgment
- High integrity and resistance to bias
- Reliability and consistent SLA adherence
- Clear written communication
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- KYC completion
Responsibilities
- Review flagged proposals
- Determine whether proposals are correct or require escalation to dispute resolution
- Act promptly to meet response time SLAs
- Document rationale for approvals disputes and escalations
- Escalate high risk or ambiguous cases to senior staff when required
- Apply independent judgment to interpret market rules
- Identify monitoring gaps and suggest improvements to rules and processes
- Contribute to refinement of human review processes
