About the Role

You will design and implement robust, compliant, and scalable operational models to support product and fund launches. You will own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, proactively remove blockers, and drive delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. You will identify operational bottlenecks and introduce standardisation and automation to enable scalable growth. You will produce clear documentation, align stakeholders, and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services or a technology-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions
• Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward without constant direction
• Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations (nice to have)
• High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and under pressure
• Desire to build, improve, and scale systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, compliant, and scalable operational models to support products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives
• Own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, identify dependencies and blockers, and drive delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams
• Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce standardisation and automation to enable scale
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness and delivery
• Maintain clear, structured documentation and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders
