About the Role
You will partner directly with the executive director to translate strategy into clear action plans, prepare briefings and pre-read materials, and track ED-level priorities. You will design and maintain operating rhythms, run cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, and own time-sensitive special projects. You will identify and resolve process gaps, document and communicate decisions, support onboarding of senior hires, and help maintain team communication norms.
Requirements
- Professional experience in consulting operations strategy or similar roles in high-growth environments
- Experience working closely with C-suite executives founders or senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Experience working across time zones with globally distributed teams
- Extremely organized and process-oriented with a bias toward action
- Positive proactive low-ego collaborator
- Familiarity with crypto web3 ecosystems preferred but not required
- Background in investment banking or similar analytical environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the executive director's agenda and prepare briefings and follow-up actions
- Serve as a proxy for the executive director in internal meetings when appropriate
- Track and drive completion of ED-level priorities and strategic objectives
- Translate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the executive director
- Design and maintain operating rhythms, planning cycles, and project trackers
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Identify organizational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risks and implement solutions
- Ensure leadership decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through
- Serve as a central hub for information flow and alignment across teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Own special projects and time-sensitive initiatives with autonomy and discretion
- Support onboarding of senior hires
- Help maintain team culture and communication norms
