About the Role
You will support daily business operations and deliver projects that increase operational capabilities and improve process efficiency. You will analyze workstreams to identify and implement automated or more efficient solutions, collaborate with founders and other departments, carry out administrative tasks, prepare reports and spreadsheets, and drive special projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative, operations or project management role
- Ability to work under pressure and evaluate priorities
- High emotional intelligence and ability to gain trust
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with automation tools and software
- Ownership mentality demonstrated by taking projects from inception to completion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
