About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of a digital asset exchange platform, managing onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting and reconciliation. You will evaluate listing applications and token issuance, perform due diligence, troubleshoot platform issues, run UATs, maintain operational documentation, support integrations and assist with regulatory reporting and internal controls. You will collaborate with product and technology teams and handle client inquiries and ad-hoc operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics IT or related field
• 2-8 years of experience in financial institutions banking brokerage or crypto exchanges
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency blockchain trading and capital markets
• Proficient in English written and verbal
• Flexible hands-on ability to multitask under pressure
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and teamwork skills
• Preference for candidates based in Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for the exchange
• Manage client onboarding and account opening
• Process asset transfers and trade settlement
• Prepare and maintain reporting and reconciliation
• Evaluate listing applications and manage token issuance
• Manage cap table and related records
• Provide client support and handle client inquiries
• Conduct due diligence on clients and listings
• Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain operational documentation and manuals
• Coordinate with external partners for integrations
• Partner with technology to perform UAT and suggest enhancements
• Assist with regulatory reporting and internal controls
• Contribute to ad-hoc operational projects
