About the Role
You will design, implement, and evolve the company's operating system to improve alignment and execution. You will run leadership and management forums, drive cross-functional initiatives (for example client onboarding and post-acquisition integration), and improve workflows between functions. You will own operating hygiene, documentation, and the internal knowledge environment (for example Notion and Slack conventions). You will partner with Analytics and Finance to define metrics and resource plans, synthesize signals into recommendations, coordinate vendors and procurement, and champion AI-driven internal tooling. Over time you will build and lead a small operations team and ensure predictable, measurable execution across priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or a similar function, including experience in high-growth or scaling startups
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evolve company-level operating systems (planning, goal-setting, meeting cadences, decision forums)
- Proven track record driving complex cross-functional initiatives from design through adoption and steady-state execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and driving change without formal authority
- High analytical rigor and comfort working with data, including defining metrics, interpreting dashboards, and translating insights into action
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, set structure where needed, and balance architecture with hands-on execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and ownership mindset
- Nice to have: experience leading or partnering closely with analytics, BI, or data teams

Responsibilities
- Design and own the company's operating system, including planning cycles, OKR frameworks, and leadership cadences
- Structure and run leadership, management, and executive forums with clear agendas, decisions, owners, and follow-through
- Drive cross-functional execution for company-wide initiatives such as client onboarding and post-acquisition integration
- Design and improve workflows and interfaces between engineering, solutions, GTM, compliance, and operations
- Maintain operating hygiene including issue logs, RAPIDs, documentation standards, and consistent use of internal tools
- Own the internal knowledge and operating environment (for example Notion and Slack conventions)
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to define and maintain org-level metrics, performance reviews, and resource planning
- Synthesize operational, customer, and delivery signals into clear recommendations for leadership
- Lead or coordinate post-acquisition integration efforts
- Own or coordinate cross-cutting vendors and platforms, including legal, security, and procurement workflows
- Champion and operationalize AI-driven internal tooling to improve productivity and decision-making
