About the Role
You will handle daily Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical requests for desktop support, data networks and servers in local offices. You will design and implement network solutions and improve current network efficiency. You will manage the in-house helpdesk ticketing system and respond to requests according to SLAs and the escalation matrix. You will use automation tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks, monitor systems and push security updates. You will manage desktop software deployments, coordinate external vendors and IT procurements, perform service performance reviews and generate monthly reports, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure adherence to security hygiene, access control policies and IT governance standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a technical discipline
- At least 1 year of hands-on IT experience
- Experience installing and upgrading Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems, including patching and firewall setup
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
- Experience with endpoint and asset management
- Experience with IT ticketing systems
- Experience documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms
- Experience integrating Active Directory with third-party platforms (preferred)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to explore unconventional solutions and work with different tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate in English
