About the Role
You will own governance-critical operational infrastructure. You will ensure contracts and supporting documents are executed stored and audit-ready. You will prepare execute and track crypto and fiat payments and reconcile commitments. You will maintain a live overview of initiatives track milestones dependencies and risks and flag compliance gaps. You will design scalable workflows introduce templates and create clear handoffs between Governance Legal and Finance and build lightweight reporting dashboards to provide operational visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations legal ops program management or similar
- Experience coordinating with Legal and Finance teams
- Experience managing contracts documentation and approval workflows
- Experience building or formalizing operational systems in unstructured environments
- Strong organizational tracking and reconciliation skills
- High risk awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in governance and legal heavy environments
Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are complete accessible and audit ready
- Execute and track payments in crypto and fiat
- Maintain a centralized contract tracker and approval workflows
- Maintain operational oversight and a live overview of initiatives
- Track milestones dependencies execution risks and reconcile commitments
- Develop lightweight reporting dashboards and maintain budget visibility
- Design scalable operational workflows templates and handoff processes
- Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance teams
