About the Role
You will design and implement robust, compliant, and scalable operational models to support new products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives. You will own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, proactively remove blockers, and drive delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. You will identify operational bottlenecks and introduce standardization and automation to enable growth. You will maintain clear documentation and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and repeatable execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services or a technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions
- Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives without constant direction
- Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations (nice to have)
